Cepada is the wife of Lydell, they have been married for over 39 years. In 1991 Lydell and Cepada started a design studio for custom apparel which consisted of airbrushed denim, t-shirts, shoes and hats, one of the main features of their design shop was the unique embellishes Cepada would use on the designs, Australian Crystals, Pearls and leather, later in their careers as artist they started embellishing canvas art and this was the beginning of a feature that has won them numerous awards and recognition. Cepada is a Morris Brown College Alum, a mother of two daughters, Bakisa and Baceka, and the proud grandmother of three, Kalize, Richard Jr. and Jamarie
